Something very poetic about Kylie Sonique Love going home after playing Lady Gaga 11 years ago… and THEN coming back on #AllStars6 and WINNING the crown to STUPID LOVE by LADY GAGA. 😩🙌💓💓 pic.twitter.com/r4TU2WZYG8

Kylie Sonique Love first rose to prominence on the second season of RuPaul’s Drag Race – but she didn’t exactly have a stellar time on the show the first time around.
In fact, she was kicked out of the contest in ninth place after she tried to take on Lady Gaga in Snatch Game, where contestants do celebrity impressions.
Impersonating Lady Gaga is, of course, famously challenging – and Kylie found herself in the bottom two with Morgan McMichaels. After lip-syncing to “2 of Hearts” by Stacey Q, Kylie was told to sashay away.
It wasn’t until the cast got back together for the reunion episode that she revealed she was trans.
Her incredible All Stars victory means that she has now entered the hallowed halls of Drag Race royalty, where she joins some of the most esteemed names in drag.
